Since 1985, the Swiss Association for Intellectual Property Law (INGRES) has been committed to the further development of intellectual property law. Postponement of the conference "Durchsetzung von Immaterialgüterrechten im Strafprozess" on 2 April 2020 in Bellinzona

The health of our participants and an unburdened conference experience are our highest priority. Due to recent developments in connection with the coronavirus "Covid 19", the Staatsanwaltsakademie and INGRES have decided to postpone the conference in Bellinzona, scheduled for April 2, 2020.

Every year, the INGRES Institute for the Protection of Intellectual Property holds several events on current topics of intellectual property law, supplemented by attractive supporting programmes for networking among colleagues.
